People, automations and AI agents all write to your ledger. They can create and change transactions faster than a finance team can check them, allowing errors or unusual activity to go unnoticed.
Airspeed checks the ledger at scale, flags unusual activity and gives your team the evidence to act.
Who it’s for
Whether you run finance every day, have just stepped into the role or are assessing a business, Airspeed helps you focus the next question.

Close, cash flow, board papers and the next decision all compete for your attention. Doppler takes on the repeated ledger analysis, so you can focus on the judgement calls and conversations that need you.
Run routine checks across each new period without rebuilding the analysis from scratch. Give your team a focused set of findings to investigate, and keep senior finance time for decisions.
Know what has been checked, what needs attention and where the gaps are. Go into management and board conversations with evidence behind your answers and fewer unanswered questions.
Spot unusual payments, recurring errors and weak controls sooner. Give your team the evidence to investigate and fix the cause before the next payment or reporting cycle repeats the problem.

Built for repeatable analysis
Deterministic tests, statistical analysis and purpose-built machine learning models. Doppler is designed to combine all three, so the review extends beyond a checklist of known errors.
Illustrative comparison. Analysis covers your selected records and period.
Apply explicit rules to known patterns, such as similar payments or invoice splitting. The same inputs and rules produce the same result.
Consistent checks, every run.Compare amounts, frequency and timing with the history of your business. Look for deviations from your normal activity.
Context specific to your ledger.Look for unusual combinations of financial signals that a single rule may not capture. Surface patterns for investigation.
Broader detection beyond fixed rules.Run the analysis as new data arrives. Keep the routine checks consistent, document the results and give your team more time to investigate and resolve findings. You have a record of what was checked each time, rather than having to reconstruct the work later.
Questions worth asking
Your people, accounting system and advisers each have a role. Airspeed adds a repeatable view across the activity they work with.
It does perform useful checks. Xero, for example, already flags potential duplicate bills. Airspeed brings payment patterns, historical changes, employee–supplier analytics and external identity checks into a broader review. Duplicate detection is one check within that process.
Your team knows the business. The constraint is finding the time to repeat every check while the close, cash position and board pack still need to get done. A familiar supplier, an ordinary-looking journal or a small recurring error can be easy to pass over in a busy month.
Airspeed gives your team another way to surface those items consistently. They keep the judgement and business context; the routine analysis does not have to compete for the same hours.
You can. But a confident answer is not proof that the right checks ran. AI tools can produce plausible errors. If a record is omitted, a calculation is wrong or a prompt never asks the right question, a polished summary can leave you more confident than the evidence warrants.
You still have to define the tests, validate the calculations, check coverage and preserve the work so it can be repeated next month. That responsibility stays with you when the board asks how you reached a conclusion.
Airspeed is built around defined checks and findings linked to source records. Deterministic tests calculate the rule-based results; statistical and model signals identify items for review. Each finding gives your team a concrete starting point for follow-up.
That gives you a separate professional assessment for its agreed purpose. It does not give management a current answer to every question about payments, suppliers or activity between reporting dates.
Waiting until year-end can leave a recurring error running for months. Airspeed helps you examine the underlying activity earlier and take evidence into conversations with your auditor.
You have a record of the tests performed, the data covered and the gaps that remain. That gives you a stronger basis for confidence than “we haven’t noticed anything wrong”.
The starting point is financial oversight: errors, unusual activity, unexplained balances and relationships that warrant a closer look. The findings give your team specific questions to work through.
A recurring mistake does not pause while the finance calendar is busy. Each new payment or reporting period can carry the same issue forward, and the explanation can become harder to reconstruct as people and systems change.
Running a defined set of checks during the year gives your team an opportunity to investigate while the records and context are current. The scope can focus on the questions that matter most.
